Awesome service!! I just wanted to share my recent experience with the Hinchey brothers. This past weekend, my husband and I found a farm that we were very eager to see! Within 60 minutes of reaching out, Shawn had a time set up for the viewing the following morning! Between the first and second viewing, we met both Benjamin and Shawn- both extremely patient, and knowledgeable of both the market and the next steps we would need to make. My Fiance and I could not have asked for more from a Real Estate Team than what Shawn and his Team provided for us. They have great interpersonal skills, are good at understanding people and take the time to understand what they are looking for and why. When asked, they gave us their honest opinions and reasonings and helped us to stay grounded instead of being swept up in the excitement of buying real estate. Although we try not to pester Shawn and his Team, they promptly respond to our questions, etc. after the deal had closed. It is very clear to us that this Team is in this for the long haul and care deeply about their reputation and the satisfaction of their clients whenever reasonably possible. Where others in Shawn’s field spend on generic advertising, impersonal gestures and tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth to lure you into contracts with them, Shawn and his Team focus on the real substance of the relationship and stay true to the spirit of business and work involved in helping people find homes and properties that are in their best interests. Not just the paycheque at the end and the next client down the road. IMO, these are just some of the things that help Shawn and his Team stand out when compared to the rest of the industry, which has been sadly tarnished by many who don’t do business the way this Team does. I would recommend Shawn and his Team to anyone and everyone I care about and feel secure knowing they are in good hands. We contacted Shawn, 3 years ago when we had that itch to sell.
